I have a 2013 Road Glide custom that I have had serviced here before and will continue to do so. Would like to give a shout out to Phil in the sevice dept. Several weeks ago I called the dealer where I purchased my bike to get a price on a rear tire and install, I thought that price sounded high so I called Phil. He saved me almost $100 on the rear tire alone, so as a result I made an appt and had a front installed also. Everyone there was very helpful and easy to talk to. Thanks Again!
Great place because of the People in every department. Taylor with her sincere smile & welcome at the front desk in motor cloths. Dylan & Wade in Service. Phil & his Crew in Service & Roy who pulls them all together. Highly recommend this place for any & all your Harley Davidson needs.......or just stop in to talk & have a coffee. You won’t be disappointed!
Went to have a few things checked out under warranty. Service rep came right out to check out my issues and schedule an appointment for me to come back and have the items fixed.
Had my bike serviced at Boswell's Country Roads today, and , as usual I am very satisfied! Excellent service and friendly staff! They have all always gone above and beyond!!
I had some issues with my Ultra this past weekend. Tucker and Roy were right there to help. Tucker honestly earned my utmost respect with the treatment I received. Above and beyond on customer service. Tucker will be the one I buy my next bike from, without a doubt.
Was riding through when my shifter came apart. I pieced it together and rode to the dealership. Everyone was awesome they fixed my bike and was back on the road in about thirty minutes. I have been to dealerships before where they wanted to make me wait for four hours for a simple fix, not here. Thanks again.
