Broke down at Cookeville on a trip through the US. Roy at Boswell’s treated us like long lost friends. Trailered my bike into Nashville so we could party while my bike was getting repaired. Doesn’t get any better. Thanks again Roy & company!’

RecommendedThis Dealer did us Canadians very well . A lifter went on our trip brought the bike in at 9:00am they had the motor apart by 12:00 pm . Ordered Parts at 1:30 pm had parts ship overnight express and the next day my buddy was riding with us again that night at 6 pm. I would like to thank everyone for there assistance at Boswell country road Harley Davidson for all there service. A really big thanks to the service manager JJ for going above and beyond to help us get back on the road with us being three states from home. We will definitely be back.
While on vacation last week from Ohio. We hit something in the road that sent our bike airborne and almost put us down. My husband managed to keep the bike up but was afraid that the front end was screwed up. JJ and Scooter check the bike right away. After a thorough examination, other then some road rash on the bottom of bike everything checked out and they sent us on our way. You guys rock
