wasn't that pleased had appointment to have them look at my bike on a Tuesday never heard back from them went up there and they didn't even look at my bike and there was no work order on my bike then they wanted to reschedule me again to look at the problem which they were suppose to in the first place to make another appointment for a nother week I wasn't very happy
Joe, Doug, & Taylar were great to deal with. In our unique situation, they went out of their way to help us. This is our go to in the future as well! Thanks again guys!!!
We were traveling from Missouri, got a nail in our tire, stopped here and they immediately took it in and put a new tire on. Very friendly and always asking if we were doing okay. Would definitely recommend.
Stopped in with an electrical issue and JJ in service tried to tell me my transmission was "coming apart"! This guy is a scam artist and should not be employed by HD. Lady Riders beware!! My bike has since been looked at by two other dealerships and the electrical issue has been fixed. transmission is fine.
Staff is super friendly and courteous. Salesman was knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
