RecommendedSix months later still don’t Have the second key for My car they promised me... called about 6 times and got Lots of BS.
I have pickup my car beginning of July, however, the privacy trunk cover was not there whereas it was in the contract and they had 2-3 weeks to get it. After one month of emails exchanged, they told us to buy it online and they will reimbourse us, now, after 2 months, I'm still waiting for my check. I chased them by emails (no more response now) and even went back in the store, I'm still waiting for my money. I like my car but the services there is awful, I will not come back for my next car!
I love Boston VW! The Service& Parts department are great. I had my 2001 VW Cabrio serviced and they kept me posted on the process with a video sent to my phone, and provide me with a shuttle to and from work!
Made an appointment today to test drive a new Golf and left a happy customer! The salesman, Josh Dupre, was very helpful and was genuinely interested in getting me into the right car. After a test drive, some negotiation, and working through the financing paperwork, I was in and out quicker than any dealer I've been to with a great price on the perfect car. Very happy with Josh, Ace (the finance guy), and the dealership as a whole. I will be back for all service and for my next car as well.

The sales team was very helpful. Ray guided me through my options for financing my new car. He took the time to make sure I understood all of the features of my new vehicle. Al helped me choose the warranty and maintenance coverage that was right for me. Both made the new car buying process a great experience.
