Please make you a favor and DO NOT go to Boston VW. Try in Medford or other locations, it will save you a lot of time and money. My experience was awful. They sold me a different car version that they initially told me, took them more than a month to deliver it and included a tires insurance that I really do not need. The Service Department. I leased a new e-Golf out of state and immediately starting having electrical problems (this is my second e-Golf and I re-upped, so delighted in general with the car). Every service department needs a Mike DaCruz behind the desk. Mike had helped us out on an issue regarding road hazard insurance for a tire that had a nail in it. I had the car at one dealership that kept telling me I was not covered. Mike went the extra step and confirmed that we did have the coverage. I had to drive my car from one dealership to Boston Volkswagen to get the service we needed. Mike DaCruz gets 5 stars from our family.
I recently purchased a vehicle and had a very positive experience working with Hamil James. No pressure - very professional and accommodating - he took his time to answer all of my questions. It was a pleasure working with Hamil, Billy and Boston Volkswagen...and I got the best deal.
This dealership incessantly emails me and has refused requests to remove me from their lists. I called John Welch, the General Manager, who blamed me and said that I must have a lot of time on my hands if I can afford to tell them to stop contacting me. He said he gets "300 spam emails per day" and just deletes them. This is what you are in for if Boston Volkswagen gets ahold of your contact information. I can only imagine how they treat your financial info.
