I received a video of the multi point inspection of my car (50k miles, 3 years old, added less than 10k miles this year), told me I need front and rear brakes and rotors and new tires. Person in the video said my tires are "dry rotting"- which is visible on the tires, however the inspection report shows they're all evenly worn and "passed" the inspection for tread and depth, which is included on the full report they sent with the video.
