By far these are some of the largest apartments in the city. When I retired and sold my home, I decided to move downtown.And I could not find one large enough to suit me. I was concerned when handsome took over, but that was unfounded. we just received a notice that they are going through a major renovation beginning in twenty twenty seven.Not only the public areas, but the apartments also

Everything was fine until they started letting everyone move in. My neighbor kept bullying me complaints were made and she was allowed to stay so I moved. It was not this way until HANDS took over the property! Low income

Carpeting on every floor is worn out and appears to be dirty/dingey. Every floor has tacky and old decor, and every floor has its own musky smell mixed with some cheap floral chemical cleaning product. I think the landlords may want to invest in some better carpeting at least, and definitely invest in an updated elevator. The sounds they omit are off-putting, and the "blankets" hanging on the elevator walls are unpleasant.
