I am so pleased with the service I received today! The gentleman who answered the phone was very polite and helpful. Jake arrived in no time and resolved my issue within minutes!
their drive thru service is super convenient. i got house keys made at one of those key machines and they didn’t work/fit at all. boston square lock’s key inserted and turned like a hot knife through butter. definitely recommend.
Owner was great when it came to fixing a mistake that was made. First shop I know that actually tried to fix a mistake made and did. Will defenitly recommend.
Nate is awesome! He got here in under 30 minutes and had the lock fixed in a snap! Great service- especially after getting the runaround for several other companies.
