Boston square has been rekeying locks for me for years today they made two keys for my 2019 Suburban they are tricky to cut but she nailed it the first time! their drive-up service is fast and convenient customer service is excellent and friendly thank you again for the outstanding job today!
Predatory Practices: Gave title+ID in order to get 2 keys made to a '97 Ford F150 for $63. Neither of them work for ignition or doors. they admitted either the key model code they purchased from Ford was incorrect, or there's a (miniscule) chance that both keys I purchased were improperly cut which they also said was highly unlikely, and YET: they refused a refund, even if I showed up through the horrendous Kalamazoo construction again and bought another key to triple check for quality control in production. Boston Square Lock and Key were amazing! Grand Rapids Towing recommend I tow my car their yesterday (Sunday) and they would take great care of me. And they did! Customer service was warm and inviting on the phone, they told me everything I needed to bring ahead of time so I could get a lock made for my vehicle. Then as soon as I walked in, I was helped right away and the lock was made within a few minutes! The whole process of working with them was excellent.
