When access to the pool, the only reason I just joined, is limited by the health of a very overweight 60+ year old "life guard" -- I really have to rethink this membership. Pool was closed today so that's 1 for 2 since I joined...
The facility is clean and modern, the pool is great, all the equipment is in good working order, the only reason why I gave them a 3 star is I have been trying to get someone to call me to make an appointment for my Free 1 hour fitness primer and so far, no call and when I called, I was told I would get a call after 6:00pm when he was done with his personal training sessions, and still nothing. It's actually quite irritating.
My 88 year old mom wants to cancel membership at BSC Westborough and they are not making it easy. No email address, and manager ducks phone calls. Mom used to like swimming there, but is no longer able due to hip surgery and arthritis.
