If you’re thinking of joining this gym- DON’T. Everything you read about them over-charging members and failing to follow through with refunds is TRUE. In the last month they’ve charged me well over $100 and it keeps going up. Refunds are being promised but not followed through with. One of the worst customer service ever experience d.My membership went up without any notice.My account was put on hold for two months.Theu came back saying there was no record. One of the most unprofessional services ever experienced. Very dissatisfied

I wish you app was more useful. I can’t even track the days I logged in to the gym.
Really bad experience with billing at this location. After canceling they continued to accrue balance for my teenage son and then sent it to collections. When I called they blew me off. Find another local gym that is kinder to athletes trying to stay in shape during an injury.
I've had a medical diagnosis that prevent me from participating in activities at BSC. I called in to my club (Westborough) and was told to send a certified letter notifying of termination. Owner, Tom Bujold acknowledges receipt of letter, now there's a additional criteria, # of days notice that was never mentioned in initial conversation with club representative.
They do a great job here. My one complaint is that they have a stair master that has been out of order for two months and is now becoming a garbage can . You guys can do better.
The facility is clean and modern, the pool is awesome,staff is polite and the trainers are vet dedicated. Best !!!!! Five stars !
