In contrast to past visits - I was not happy with the the quality of cleaning. Usually, Joe is much more thorough!

Would like the web site to expand to be a portal where you can view past & current appointments, billing account, chart notes, and X-Rays. BIDMC is one of the leading institutions on this, their latest initiative Open Notes lets patients read the internal notes in their chart on the web site. I don't know if the system you use has this capability. I haven't read about dental offices having this but its getting more and more common for doctors offices. This office is small and intimate. The staff is very friendly and makes sure you feel at ease. Dr. Sasson is an expert at what he does. You will not be disappointed.
