Easily thee most compassionate, understanding dental visit I have experienced in nearly 40 years. It was all I could do not to hug the staff out of sheer relief and appreciation. I have a history of very negative experiences so much so that I have avoided the dentist at all cost, to my own detriment. I will be recommending the Boston Smile Center to any friends especially those that experience anxiety. I can only hope that my future visits are as positive an experience as my first.

At Dr. Sasson's office, all the staff are very professional and courteous. The staff at the front desk always graciously greet me when I come and they are very effective at answering questions about coverage issues. The hygienist is very good at keeping me at ease during the cleaning, and allows frequent breaks if I need them. Dr. Sasson is very good at explaining what he observes in examinations in plain and direct language. If you are looking for a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Sasson and his team.

This is my first visit to the dentist in a long time and the staff is very helpful. Elaine helped me understand what my insurance would cover and what I could expect to pay. Joe did a fantastic job explaining things during the check-up and cleaning and made me feel good about taking care of my teeth.
