Dr. Sasson really knows his business, plus he has a very upbeat way of telling me I need a root canal! I appreciate that he is up to date with his equipment, and it is high quality. I also think Joe, the dental hygienist, is terrific at his job. The atmosphere of the office is one of cooperation and kindness, and we actually have fun! How often can you say that about a dentist's office?

Dr. Kim was great. She did an excellent job keeping me comfortable while treating my root canal. She was also very good at explaining everything as she went along.

Too much laughing in the front desk for me too early in the morning. I introduced myself as "I am the 8 am appointment." I did not remember the person's name and neither of us introduced each other. It is best if someone says something like "Oh, good morning, Gerardo! Someone will be with you momentarily." Or something else! Also, it was not until almost 30 minutes that someone came to me and told me the Dr. Sasson is running late. I could have easily left, but it is my health on the line!
