Excellent service as usual. Joe is very thorough with his work and honest and sensitive. His manner is efficient and the work is very well done. I highly recommend Joe and Dr. Sasson for their competence and care.
I love every time I go into see Joe, get a teeth cleaning isn't a chore anymore!
I'm new here and a friend of mine recommended I check out Dr. Sasson's office. I've always been wary of the dentist office, so it was great to be greeted by a sea of smiling faces. Dr. Sasson even came out and introduced himself. The ladies up front make the paperwork painless and there's water within arms reach. Joe was such a great guy! He was very polite and the cleaning was painless! Thanks Joe, I've been telling everyone to come see you!
I do always value the opportunity to see Dr. Sasson, be it a regular appointment or the opportunity to exchange a couple of words while in the Clinic for other reasons (cleaning, etc.). But my yesterday's visit was a particularly remarkable experience. I had to call the office on Monday because of an emergency situation which, as I explained to Ms. Marci, was not an exceptionally dramatic experience and I could easily wait for several days. As a person who used to hate going to the dentist, I have to say it is now a pleasure. Joe is as nice as he is skilled at his job. The people in the office are always a pleasure to deal with and I can't say enough good things about Dr. Sasson and how he runs his practice. I have been a loyal customer for years now and would highly recommend them.
Joe is very good. I am not sure that your/his promotion of fluoride treatment is worthwhile. While i do not doubt the value of increased frequency of cleaning visits, the selling of flouride is unconvincing, and to some extent, looks like an unnecessary extra. Of course, I can always say No. So, all and all, I am happy with my visit. Sam
