Reassuring manner wins over difficult cat We have a cat with a "difficult" personality, and a previous vet was unable to handle him. Dr. Burns is so calm and soothing, my cat never made a peep nor tried to get away while Dr. Bob was examining him. I was thrilled and amazed and would recommend him to everyone.
Great vet.! I agree with the other review completely. Dr. Burns is fabulous and the staff are very nice. I've taken my dog there for quite a while and definitely recomend it.
Great office- Kind, down home attitudes from staff, clean and inviting rooms, and Dr. Burns truly cares about the animals he treats. Reasonable prices. I've been taking my (7 cats, 2 dogs) to Dr. Burns since 1997, and have never had a bad experience. When I had to put my beloved pug down last year, the interim vet could not have been more professional and caring.
Dr. Burns took very good care of our diabetic cat He made the proper diagnosis, gave our cat in office care and taught us how to care for him at home. They treated us like family and treated our cat as if he were their own. Dr. Burns and his wife are animal lovers and it shows in their care. I was grateful that they cared for our beloved cat, during his final years.
Vet is the BEST! Dr. Burns, his wonderful wife, Rita, and the staff at Boston Rd Animal Clinic are incredible. I would recommend all animals visit this wonderfully kind, extremely knowledgeable, and caring medical professional.
