When we arrived, we were given seats right away. We waited for almost 20 minutes and no one checked on us. We had our orders ready even though we haven’t been asked for the drinks we wanted. The restaurant wasn’t busy when we were there. After waiting for too long, we just decided to leave. Very disappointing service.
The bowling lane could have been cleaned up better from who used the lane last. But other than that it was a fantastic time.
I came in for the bowling and arcade package on a Thursday night. I want to give a special shout out to Diego and Eva for helping make it a great night! They are very professional, kind and helpful. They deserve a raise!
Andrea was our server today, and she did fantastic! She was quick and very friendly. There was a miscommunication error with the kitchen (which caused a delay for our food) and she took all of the food of the bill which we really appreciated. She even brought us cookies after our meal. We will defenitely come back!
Angela was awesome. Great hospitality. She was soo accommodating and patient. She is the best :)
