ok where to begin… we walked in and it was very unclear where the line for specifically Boston Pizza was, waited 10 minutes to be seated, only to be taken to a table that was surrounded by children’s birthday parties, which would be fine except for the fact that the regular seating was ALL open. We opted for take out due to the long wait to even be asked our order. We then waited for an entire HOUR when we had only ordered one SMALL PIZZA. no drinks. no, just a small pizza. Celebrated a Birthday today with the fam. We had a great time together along with a perfect meal. What made our day was the greatest service of all time. Thanks Colby!!! He is fast friendly enthusiastic & he listened to his customer needs of allergy concerns drink concerns & promptly got the kids menu. Although he had other customers on the go, he cleared the table asap asked if we needed anything else & he made sure our food concerns were met!
