Apr 24, 2026.10:45AM. Came with 3 kids ages 5-9. 3 lines busy, the rest booked from 11:30 AM. First the cashier offer 11:30 line for an increased price. They I asked for 1/2 h from 11:00. ..it wasnt possible. Very disappointing, can't see who makes the rule here.
Had really nice experience and a decent first impression. I came to Boston for the first time on my birthday, played bowling, and enjoyed it a lot. However, when we asked a question, one blond-haired lady working at the bar kind of ruined our dinner. My server Jade was amazing. Always attentive and extremely polite.
Ordered pizza with no mushrooms! Got something else: Poor customer service experience, need to train staff again!
