DR. Ben is extremely polite and professional. The staff will answer any questions that you have plus Patrick will help you pick out a great pair of frames.
I've been going to Boston Mountain Eye since Dr. Ben started. He is a great guy and really friendly. His staff are some of the nicest people you'll meet. I have been completely satisfied with them. I would recommend Boston Mountain Eye to anyone. Thanx Guys for all you do for my vision.

I sat and waited twenty minutes past my appointment time while the optometrist chatted with the previous person about their pets and shared pictures. I love my pets too but my time is also valuable. Then he proceeds to tell me that he's been running about 20 minutes behind all day. I understand that patient relationships are important but as I said, my time is important as well.
Very friendly staff. Dr. Lynch gave a thorough exam, explained my options and answered the questions I had.

There is no place in the entire NWA area that gives you the total package of what Boston Mountain Eye Care offers. Dr. Lynch is not only a well-educated optometrist, but also a down to Earth guy who truly cares about his patients well-being both inside and outside of the clinic. The staff is very helpful, and the frames they offer are of top quality and affordability. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
