My experience at BME was first rate. Visiting from out of town and experiencing a visual problem, BME immediately worked me in.The office was easy to find, clean, and all staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend BME to anyone in NWA looking for optical care, products, or services.
Hands down one of the best eye experiences I've had. I heard over and over the BME was the place to go and I put it off, and now I'm regretting that. For starters they have late appointments, which for working professionals is a huge benefit. I arrived early, and they bumped my appointment and saw me early. Very friendly staff, Dr. Ben was great and informative. Overall a 5 star experience. I look forward to being a repeat customer and patient.
