The entire team at Boston Lab Equipment was very helpful and welcoming; Jen was quick to respond to all inquiries, and the technicians were happy to demonstrate all of the equipment we were looking to purchase. We purchased a 20L roto vap at a reasonable price, and they continued offering support after purchase. Our company will be working with them again for all chiller, heater, pump, etc. needs.
Boston Labs provided me a used peristaltic pump required for some lab work. They were responsive and pleasant to work with, and helped me with shipping to Canada. The pump is working well. Thanks!
