I have had no problems here at Boston Creek, this is our first apartment for my kids and I and I have to say it's been great!! I have read negative comments but as long as you stay to your self you will be fine. The office people are sweet and understandable!!! That's my opinion!!!

DO NOT LEASE WITH BOSTON CREEK APARTMENTS THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!! Me and my girlfriend tried to move in a couple of months ago and we didn't get approve but they tried to take our deposit we put down but didn't let it go and argued with them for a whole day finally got it back. NOW my cousin is living there and they are saying he didn't pay December's rent but yeah has been moved to a different unit without signing a renewed lease... we are here right now arguing with them and won't even give us their corporate phone nu... read more
I've had trouble with this complex since trying to move in almost a yr ago. They showed me a duplex and I put my deposit the same day but they change through so many office ppl I had to go there every week to make sure they had a duplex for me... it was very stressful and I actually had to miss a day of work just to be in the office to make sure I had a place to move in. We had an sewer problem in our backyard, the walls n house was infested with mice , low water pressure, not getting our water bill and we asked about it the... read more

moved into apt and once the Electric was turn on the unit was very nice. Everything working properly and Aubrey answered all of the question I had on the facility. Happy to have moved into this complex.

If I could give this apartment complex a negative number of stars, I would! I have never seen such ineptness!! My daughter moved out at the end of July. She was well aware there was damage in the apartment and was willing to pay for the damage. She was staying with us (her parents) until her new apartment was ready, so she gave them our address to send all charges to. We received nothing. It is now 7 weeks later.....Today, we learned they had sent all information to a collect...Continue Reading
