I filled out an application to rent an apartment with this complex. I gave them my deposit But they did not have an apartment available for me so I asked for my deposit back so I could rent elsewhere. This complex is not safe. I have had to call police on two occasions. My next door and across the street neighbors were constantly using drugs- the smells made it obvious. Constant noise and loud people and cars. My friend dropped his keys in the parking lot by accident and 2 hours later his car was stolen. Not good for women living alone. Would not recommend. I signed a six month lease for a non-smoking one bedroom unit with Boston Creek. The lease is specified for all utilities and internet fees included and began on October 12. Prior to moving in, I wrote a single check for both October and November's all fees included rent, verifying the total for both months with J*****. do not rent from boston creek they will rip you off they did it to me and 3 other residents
Need to up keep buildings have more community activities not just once a month or for holidays also need to clean up around all apartments some look trashy need to fix all fencing around buildings need to do something about parking need to add handicap parkings I haven’t had any problems with maintenance staff or office staff they are all great. I have lived here for two years and I have really enjoyed it. Any problems are due to people just not using common sense or flat out being dumb
