Fantastic Colorist that really cares about the end result – Nicole is the best colorist and hair stylist I have ever been to. She really took the time to understand what I wanted to achieve with my hair. Best stylist/colorist - Nicole – I went to Nicole for a cut and color and she was the best stylist/colorist I have ever been to. The color was amazing and the cut is fabulous. All of my co-workers and friends told me they have never seen my hair look better and they are going to her now too. The salon is clean and the hours are very convenient. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Terrible experience – Don't let this place color your hair. I have light brown hair, went into this salon to have my roots done. When done noticed it was very dark but since I had not had my hair dried I just thought it was dark because it was wet. When it dried it was almost black. When I called to complain I was told by the stylist she thought she would just change the color as she thought it might look better I did return to the salon to have it corrected but left with my hair completely streaked with dark brown and light... read more

The Best! – Nicole is absolutely the best at what she does. I relocated to Cambridge from New York and was quite anxious about finding someone who would be able to color my hair the way I liked it, which is a bright shade of red with different high- and low lights. Not a good experience – I went to BCG about 6 months ago. I was first quoted once price for foils on the phone, then charged a higher price when it was completed. The number of foils remained the same. I also preferred to go to one of the other hair dressers instead of Nicole. However, since I was a walk in, Nicole still insisted I was her client and I was charged her higher prices instead of the other hair dresser's. It was not a good experience at all. I will never go back.

Best Colorist in the Boston area! – Just left The Boston Color Group and my hair has never looked this great! Nicole exceeded my expectations - she did a fantastic job. Great haircuts! – Very happy with my haircut and deep condition. Nicole cared about the condition of my hair and it's health more than any other stylist I've visited. She gave me great tips on styling and helped me understand how split ends are caused and they can be prevented. She did a wonderful job, I love my hair and I recommend her to all my friends and family.
