This was my first time visiting with Britta at Boston Dental and she was great at explaining everything she was doing with my teeth. I didn't feel any anxiety that people typically feel going to an appt. Dr. Cheng was great as ususal, also taking the time to explain her process also.
Oscar is GREAT! He is thorough and always so happy and makes me feel at ease - I've been going to Boston Dental for years because of him!

I am really happy with the work Dr.Chang has done for me.She is excellent dentist.
I sent an e-mail recently with a new e-mail (chaso1955@gmail.com), my son's e-mail (patoconnor717@gmail.com) and requests for appointments for me (cleaning any Tuesday or Wed around noon) and Pat (also Tuesday or Wed around 4) and have not received a reply. I may not have mentioned the appointments. Please repsond to my new e-mail and forward this survey to Pat. Thanks
I had to wait for my appointment to start as well as for the doctor come. Otherwise, it was good.
Some of your fees for dental procedures are a little costly.
Dr. Cheng and Susan are great and very thorough. Both take the time to explain things.
