The Dentist that looked me over after my cleaning was new to me. She did not conduct much of an exam, barely a minute. My previous dentist seemd to take more time, check the glands in my neck, look at my throat, etc.
I have to say I was impressed; everyone greeted you with a smile. I went on Yelp and saw some reviews somewhere bad and somewhere good; but for me the experience was great. What really was good that everything was explained to me which I've never had done for me before--I've always stayed away from the Dentist because of my past experiences. I'm very excited that I will be having a greater smile.
Overall very satisfied with my experience(s) at Boston Dental, especially the staff.
My appointment and the work done were about as good as it can get.
Nothing to complain about other then the receptionist was supposed to follow up with me by email about the cost for some additional work and never did.
Boston Dental has always provided me with excellent care! I never have to wait long to schedule an appointment, and their team is skilled, thorough, and always upbeat. They have a very nice clean and bright office with the newest technologies that make visits fast and easy, and communicating what is going on with your teeth very easy. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a new dental office for regular care or more complicated dental issues!
The girls at the front desk are really nice & friendly; love the fact that I can speak in Spanish with them. Dr. Bouchra, my dentist, is really sweet and thoroughly explained my dental health situation.
Reception and Susan my hygenist are excellent!,
