I really enjoy working with Boston Chauffeur - Greg Hawes the dispatcher is great - cheerful, helpful and happy to make sure that I'm satisfied with my transportation needs We also cannot say enough about our favorite driver Rich Ouellette - he's the best!
Boston Chauffeur is THE BEST!! We use them at my company for ALL our transportation needs, at least 3-5 times a week. Whether it's for our executives, traveling interview candidates, or guests speakers, they always arrive early with a beautiful clean luxury sedan, and their drivers are courteous and professional. Not Pleased with the bait & Switch tactics. Ordered an Elegant Limo Van for My Wife's 40th and they showed up with a run down, scratched and dented mini tour bus with movie advertising all over it and the interior was disgusting. I was humiliated and embarrassed. The only option they gave me was to not take it and miss the scheduled event and dinner for 12, or sit down and shut up. Didn't even offer a discount or refund. I will never use them again. DO NOT trust them with any important events.

Due to Air traffic,our flight was delayed but Boston Chauffeur kept tracking our flight until we touched down.Service was Timely and Professional. My Girlfriend and I were very pleased with the car and driver he was a smooth operator.
Had a ride with my husband and son last month to Boston South station. The driver was fantastic! Knew his way around better than a GPS! They arrived early and my family arrived with plenty of time to spare which all parents know is difficult with a toddler. Will be using them again.
