Would like the web site to expand to be a portal where you can view past & current appointments, billing account, chart notes, and X-Rays. BIDMC is one of the leading institutions on this, their latest initiative Open Notes lets patients read the internal notes in their chart on the web site. I don't know if the system you use has this capability. I haven't read about dental offices having this but its getting more and more common for doctors offices.
