As usual, service and treatment were excellent. My original treatment plan for two cavities was seamlessly changed to relieve pain in a tooth planned for a future crown, which now gives me more time to do that crown. In a related note, when stopping by make the first payment for Joanna's treatment plan, I ended up in a lovely conversation with Nancy and Ellen(?) about various things. I feel fortunate that Karen recommended this office to me and then to Joanna and Alison. Thank you.

Always makes me feel comfortable. I forget until I sit in the chair and open my mouth why I am there and how I dislike having my teeth worked on. The team is great in making me feel comfortable.

Usually, there is no delay in getting into the dentist chair. But this time it took about 60 minutes before I was seen. But the problem was that the previous patient had a complication requiring a longer delay. Here bridge broke and had to be repaired. I didn't have a problem with that and did another errand I needed to get done. So, it worked out fine for me. As I said, there is usually no delay. Dr. Sasson and his dental hygienist are always on time!! And they do excellent work!
