Dr. Joshi is the best in the business. I have been a patient of hers since I moved to Georgia over 22 years ago. Prior to the recent merger with Northside, Gwinnett Internal Medicine was where her practice was located and the staff at both have been stellar.
The office staff was awsome. I called asking 20 different questions about insurance and potential test they could run at the office vs recommending me to another location. Julia was the best over the phone. Everyone there was extremely friendly and actually cared about my well being.
2nd time I showed up to my appointment and they tell me I'm not on the system. To call again and reschedule. I would like to file a formal complaint regarding the behavior of your receptionist during my recent interaction. I found her attitude to be extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional.
