Northside Hospital's acquisition of Gwinnett Medical has led to a marked deterioration in patient care, particularly in the emergency department. During my recent visit with my father, who was experiencing chest pain, we encountered a disturbing lack of attention and concern from the staff. Despite his worsening condition, they seemed unwilling to provide timely assistance, citing capacity issues as a justification.
Best primary Doctor I have encounter here in Georgia. Dr Echevarria was very thorough with me on my health, and meds, took his time to explain my concerns, His staff are awesome, never seen staff smiling and mingling with the patients it gives you a family feeling with the patients . I highly recommend this Doctor Echevarria you won’t regret it.
Dr.Joshi is a great doctor who provides exceptional care. She listens to my concerns and I never feel rushed. Tarshara, Patience, Erica, Brandi, Natalie, and Lovely in the back office are always cheerful and helpful when I come to the office.
Two front office Julia and Cristina, were very helpful and punctual. Very kind and did our appointment exactly how we wanted. Very good service. Brandi ans Natalie from the back office are wonderful, very patient kind and they need a raise!
