Our experience on the lot and test driving cars was pleasant. James was very helpful and polite. Unfortunately that’s where the positives of our experience stopped. What seemed like a great car has turned out to be quite the lemon. Spent around $5-6,000 on rebuilding the front differential and engine in the fist year. By selling their vehicles at the sticker, Cars.com, CarGurus.com advertised price. Issue has NOTHING to do do with Tax, Title or Fees. Simply a failure to honor their advertised price (which we were going to pay in cash).
Britney at Premiere Motors was awesome! She went over all my options and got me a deal I could afford. The people at the dealership are friendly and great to deal with. They even fixed my vehicle for free to make sure it was in good working order. Thank you so much for your help in getting me into a decent vehicle.
