To me, best way to buy a car! Top of the line customer service. Always willing to go above and beyond for their customers! They are so caring and truly become family! It is the only company and people I will purchase a car from!!
I returned my car after 8 months because the repairs would have been more than it was worth and because they sued me I still have to pay for it. Guess my down payment and all the payments I made didn't count for anything.
We purchased a vehicle from Bostelman in Columbia. The car had a big chip in the windsheild and we were told it was going to be replaced. After several calls to schedule to get it taken care of, they sent a company to repair rather than replace. The repairman said the chip will still be visible and no garauntee that it would even work. When I called to complain I was told they (Bostelman) always fix, not replace, and that was in my paperwork. Well, shame on me I guess, buyer beware and be sure to read the fine print.
Saying I have to pay 300 dollars to get my shit out of a car they repowed when they are the ones who stopped charging me. A bunch of money hungering old bastards
What a awesome dealership really appreciate the time and experience that the dealership helped with our purchase of a vehicle .
