I recently traded vehicles with Bostelman's and I have to say it was probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. The smaller dealership atmosphere was so nice and I was in and out from start to finish in less than 2 hours. I have spent all day at larger dealerships before. There was no pressure and I felt very comfortable the whole time I was there. I would recommend Bostelman's to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!!
I recently purchased a vehicle from Bostelman Automotive Group of Spring Hill. I have been in search of a vehicle for a few months. The WORST experience we Ever had buying a car. They new our suburban burned 3 quarts of oil between oil changes and said they would find us something else and has Fail to do so . DISHONEST people !
the staff here is very pleasant . . the cars are quite nice . . the experience of buying a car here was enjoyable . . . had a problem several weeks later with the car, and getting the situation resolved was just as quick, pleasant and enjoyable . . . when local businesses operate as Bostelman's, they will do business for a long time . . . My husband and myself have had nothing but a wonderful experience with them! We bought a car from them and it was very fast transaction and very friendly staff! We had an issue with the back two tires being slick after about two weeks of having it, and Ron made it right for us! Highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you!!
Everything was great at first. The process was extremely quick and the staff seemed to be accommodating and friendly. There were a few issues that needed to be taken care of with the vehicle and we were assured that everything would be taken care of....we were told to take the vehicle to a dealership to be fixed and Bostelman's of Spring Hill would pay for the repair.
