We brought our 2011 Toyota 4Runner last month, November 2017. We came after my husband got off work and got there around 6:30. James was patient and friendly along with the other men who were there. We drove from Murfreesboro and passed by all the "big" dealerships and I'm glad we did. He got us taken care of in about an hour, maybe an hour and a half.
