I was ok with coming here until I found out that they play favoritism to people by what they pay and have paid in the past. Ann who runs the place I think encourages this behavior and allows the workers to talk about you in your face, thinking you do not understand because your are not of their ethnicity. We were able to get a last-minute appointment on a Saturday for three pedicures, a full set, and an eyebrow wax, and the entire experience was absolutely amazing! From the moment we made the appointment to even moving our time up, everything was smooth and easy. The staff were professional, experienced, attentive, and incredibly kind. My two sisters and I left feeling so happy and well taken care of. We’ll definitely be back—highly recommend you give them a try! 💅✨
I love coming to bossy nails! Literally every time I come here they find a way to help me. They are usually really busy so it’s best to make an appointment. Everyone here can do nails which is great!

This is for the “builder gel” no other service I’ve been coming to this salon for about a year now and have never experienced an issue like this before. I usually get Gel-X with builder gel refills, and my nails would last a full three weeks without chipping or peeling. During my last visit, I asked to have gel-x set removed, my nails cut down to natural length, and a new builder gel set applied. I was charged $70 for this service.
