Had a great experience with my first Boss Shop PM service. Rose was very warm and welcoming — she answered the phone with a great attitude when I called to ask about the wait time, and she was super friendly once I got to the shop. Furthermore, the mechanic (Joel) who serviced the truck was very conscientious of taking care of my equipment — I watched him clean the lane of debris that I was driving into before he pulled me in, and then he squatted to watch my tires as he pulled me in to make sure that I didn’t hit the rails ... read more
I had a 3-axle alignment done on my truck, and they told me it would cost $289. When they were done, they told me it was $502 and included things they hadn't even done to my truck. Terrible place.
EXTREMELY SLOW!!! Total time from start to finish was over 5 hours. 2 hours wait to get in (with only 1 bay out of 3 in use) and 3 hours to change 2 trailer tires. The 1 star is only because the price on tires was reasonable.
Stay away from these crooks! I called them for a steering tire replacement. They quoted me 2 hours of labor plus mileage for roadside. After the technician finished, he gave me an invoice for $2,146, but later they charged my card $2,374. When I called them about it, they were very rude and racist. Terrible experience .
