They are horrible. Sorry to say but you can tell there in it for the money. They drop these people off at a hotel an just leave with no help it's so sad to see these people walking around lost like that. The hotel staff shouldn't have to babysit. They need to really close this place it's very disturbing how they do the blind people
They don't answer your phone calls or call back if you manage to get ahold of them and they tell you they'll call back. If you ask them a question like, "do you have a cctv or something I can use to see my medication labels so I can fill my pillbox?", they sit there playing phone tag and then they basically say oh that's confidential. It's not like anybody's asking for someone else's medical records. And then after they sent one of their employees to my legally blind mother's home to give her things to help her with filling ... read more
I was referred to the employment and training center and was helped right away. The staff has been extremely helpful. I found employment and the experience has been life changing.
