Only just got around to reviewing these guys. We had a great job done a few years ago and the reason i'm leaving this review is due to the amazing customer service I just received. My youngest damaged one of our plantation shutter boards and I needed to get the pins for the ends to fix it as it had snapped off when she leant on them so I contacted Bosetti. From our initial enquiry, Chad from Bosetti was at our house within 24 hours. He was extremely patient and communicated clearly while answering the 100 questions we had about which blinds and doors would best suit our home. You can tell Bosetti really know their craft, they were able to confidently answer everything and guide us towards the best options for our new place. The best company by far on pricing, product and customer service ! We had our shutters installed couple years ago now and had to get a blade replaced and today called to say blade has fallen out (kids fault ) and they sending a replacement clips free of charge - thank you 🙏 after sale service is amazing
I just wanted to share my experience and say thank you. I had ordered roller blinds online from a different company and from my own measuring mistake, the blinds came too large for my windows. I called around many of the local blinds companies around Hills area to see if anyone was willing to help me and many of them immediately refused to touch another company's blinds and some were even rude about my enquiry.
