I have tried calling for over a month, and they have never answered their phones. My sound bar has stopped working completely in less than a year of owning. It is so frustrating that I cannot get ahold of anyone at this location.
They dont answer their phones at this location. I have been trying for a few days. Mailbox is also always full. Pick up the phone Bose!
All staff were friendly and helpful. The man who served me (sorry I didn't get a name) knew a lot about the guitars I was looking at, and the one I brought, and was incredibly helpful. Great prices. Highly recommended for beginners who don't know much about guitars; these guys won't try and sell you anything you don't need or want.
