Doctors and Admin staff sure has changed in times but Bose Dr’s & staff are definitely not caring, understanding or compassionate not to mention are not educated. All about the Benjamins and dissing out medication! They don’t communicate well and asap I will be looking for another PCP. I’m over it, been with them almost 10 years, had 4 PCP’s
Dr. Rao is an excellent Doctor. She is always kind and provides great time and attention to patient care.
They canceled my appointment, that I set 6 months in advance, and offered a new date, which is more than 5 weeks later than the original date. Their staff is rude and ready to engage in a pissing context.
Late to all their appointments. An hour late this last time. Also, the doctors aren't great with patients.
