I hired an interior designer who falsified her title as a general contractor to remodel a condo in *****. Since she wasn't a **, she had to find a ** to pull permits and provide the subcontractors to do the work. ****** was the ** she teamed up with. She never disclosed this to me (the condo owner). ****** failed to pull permits for plumbing and electrical.
