Four times, I’ve told Havana? That I do not have this car anymore. I told her to change my number. Last month I was assured my number was deleted and replaced with his. I was also assured my email was deleted from your system. I was called again today. I went back in my voicemail box and I have a voicemail from 10/12/18, 11/13/18, 12/14/18, 1/10/19, 2/11/19 and then today. That’s only as far back as my voicemails go. I will never buy a car from you guys again.

" HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE"Nice to know when you do your own financing they will sell the vehicle out from under the customer. Had check in hand 20 minutes away from dealer and they sold the truck even though bill of sale with vin# was sent to financial institution and approved and confirmed that the vehicle was being picked up at 6:30pm 1/16/19 they sold it to another customer at 5:30. I think that Bosak was very fair on the pricing of the vehicle I purchased as well as my trade in value. Michelle did a great job answering all of our questions and made herself available when we needed her. I’m very satisfied with the overall experience there.
