First time using their service department, they had it done in less than the hour quoted! Pleased at this point.

I had a great time there they have amazing service, I would highly recommend them.
I made an appointment to have my vehicle diagnosed and repaired. I was told it would be ready at noon the next day. My husband asked if they would have it ready by that time for sure. The man stated he was sure and would give me a call at that time. No call the next day at noon so I called. I spoke to the service manager who could not get the information right in order to find my vehicle and then put me hold for what seemed like an eternity.
