I loved everything about my experience at the Bosak dealership! I bought a 2013 Dodge Avenger and I'm in love with it! The salesman I had was Fred. He was so friendly, nice, honest, funny, and compromising! He was a blast to work with and made my car shopping experience so memorable! The building is so clean and they have any and all types of cars to fit everyone's wants and needs! I would recommend Bosak Chevy to everyone!
Very disappointed this time. Went in for oil change, 49 point inspection and a recall. They didn't suddenly have my recall parts which I asked 5 times on the phone to make sure they had them and I was assured they did when I made the appointment. My appointment was at 8 a.m. And I was there at 7:50 a.m. and they didn't take my vehicle back till 8:20 a.m.. So finally at 10 a.m. My oil change and inspection was done.
