Ray, the owner came out and actually looked at the aging system offering suggestions and options. We settled on scope and a price. There were no surprises later on. Techs Adam and Joe were scheduled for the following week. They brought the new parts as discussed and knew exactly what needed to be done. Adam and Joe worked very well together.
