I just love this office and so grateful that they have chosen to be here in Borrego. Dr. Siman is knowledgeable and kind he takes time with you and as it may be an hour wait he is worth it. His Staff are professional and kind. Totally recommend.

Excellent staff and Dr Siman and James one of the PAs are knowledgeable and take the time to listen and get to the issues you are concerned about. Yes it is often a wait and that is because Dr Siman doesn’t rush you in and out in 15 minute appointments like so many other doctors do! You will receive as much time as is reasonable to attend to your needs. I waited over an hour to be seen by a PA. He insisted they refer me to a specialist of their liking, but 8 days later still no call. I made my own arrangement the day after my visit.
Delightful staff and efficient service in Borrego Springs. I was so impressed to get in same day, only returning a couple hours later.
