Known for its relaxed family atmosphere, Centro Medico Escondido has had a loyal patient following since 1993, when Dr. Alfredo Ratniewski opened the practice in what had been a small house at Second and Broadway. In 1999, a library expansion in central Escondido prompted the clinic to move to its present location in a shopping center at the corner of Washington Avenue and Ash Street, where it has flourished ever since. They were quick, nice, clean, efficient, and really seemed to care.
Went to Urgent Care and they REFUSED to see my child because they wanted ID that says he's mine. ??? He's a CHILD! CHILDREN DON'T HAVE AN ID!! They didn't even ask what was wrong! It's called URGENT care for a reason! You cannot, legally, refuse emergency service to a child. Your health, and your children's health, means nothing to them. I sincerely hope everyone there loses their job. They didn't even have the decency to suggest where else to go, much too busy trying to get back to their chitchatting. The Borrego HealthCare in Escondido is A-mazing.The staff are very nice and friendly both the medical assistants and receptionist in the front treat the people with honesty and integrity.I highly recommend this place to the San Diego community ,thank you all for your great work 💪🙏💯!
