Daniel Bornstein is top-notch. He has been super responsive, clear, insightful, strategic, tough without being incendiary, proactive, and enormously helpful, in offering advice on several overlapping difficult issues that came up on my property, and helping me avoid costly litigation. The tenant-landlord laws are ridiculously complicated, and no attorney can solve all problems, or have all knowledge. Mr. Bornstein was condescending and reluctant to help. He was was rude in correspondence and extremely short. I have never had such an adversarial relationship with anyone. I asked for his help and he was harsh, unhelpful and expensive. Not at all helpful. I would never contact his office again for any legal work.
