The most thorough and excellent inspection. I love the digital snapshot of the condition of the home...You can follow Erik through the inspection (without having to crawl under the house and risk life and limb on the roof!). I not only used him when I bought my own house, but really appreciate the fantastic job he does for all my clients who use him. Very caring and knowledgable!
Erik and his coworkers have been nothing short of excellent during our home buying process. He has not only come out once, twice, but by the end will have been out three different times to make sure everything is perfect! I would recommend them to anyone!!
