We purchased a home in January in trusting Mr. Born to do a thorough inspection. He was negligent and has left us (so far) with $3,200 of unexpected repairs. There was an active leak and a rotten beam beneath the house that jeopardized our safety, as well as, our children’s. When my husband went under the house the rotten beam was hanging and was visible from 20 feet away. Mr. Born also recommended a sump pump. Erik is so thourough and does an excellent job! Jill is so sweet and keeps you informed. I highly recommend going with this company. Had I not used them the first money pit we were going to buy would have been a financial disaster to us! You know your getting a sound home by using this company!
