Great Buisness! – The office staff were very personal and friendly. The owner actually was there to help me and was very accommodating. GREAT company to do business with! – Very professional. We have used them, as a family, probably at least ten times over the years. We have never had a bad experience with them. During the last instance, my car (which was paid for) came close to being totaled. Of course, I didn't want this, as I didn't really want to purchase a new car yet. Horific Experience – Consumer Beware!!! My experience was an insurance claim so it wasnt as if it was out of my pocket and im still writing this review..... In summary, they milked the insurance co for 3.5wks of rental car when they told me the repair would take 3 days, they lied about why it was taking so long (I caught them red handed in the lie) they damaged an item inside the vehicle during the repair and refused to admit there was a problem yet alone fix it, and then finally I was told to "F" off by the manager and that... read more
Great Work, Like New – I love Borkowski!!! My family has been taking vehicles there for many many years. They always do amazing work and are wonderful about contacting with insurance. They just repaired about 5 grand worth of body work on my 2008 silverado. It looks like brand new! I love the work, and as usual I am glad to send more business their way. If I had any complaints it did take them 4 days longer than the time i was quoted at drop off, but it was worth the wait.
Unprofessional – This place is ridiculous!!!!! The work done was horrible i had to take my car back 3 times due to faulty work!!! Obviously quality is not a concern to these people... I called repeatedly to check the status on my vehicle and no one was available to answer my questions past 4:00 ...They are open until 6 for what reason i have no clue!!!!!!!!!!! The owner of this shop has no clue what he or his techs are doing!!!! Do not entrust your vehicle to these people... Very dissapointed in service
Honest and fair – In my opinion finding a good body shop that is honest and fair is a major accomplishment. I have had work done on a couple of different cars (as the father of teenage boys) at Borkowski's and I have always been pleased. They do great work, timely and good quality, but most importantly I have always felt like they were focused on being honest and fair. Excellent professional auto body repair - fair priced too! – A new facility combined with solid professionalism and cost conscience pricing make Borkowski's a superior choice for northside auto body repair. They are very friendly, work well with insurance companies and will work with you to keep pricing down if paying out of pocket. Nothing against Church Brothers, but this is a smaller operation with quicker turn-around times, far better pricing and more personal service. Highly Recommended.
