We had a massive ant problem many years ago. Because we didn’t want poison (us humans, as well as our two dogs), we chose Borite over other exterminators. They came out and evaluated our property. We had 2 colonies in and under the house. Even though we were super clean, we’d have a trail of ants, coming from the electric outlets, and wandering through the kitchen...... gross!!! Borite Termite save us from all dangers. We contracted them not just to our home but for all of our buildings and properties when it comes to pest control. We've been using them many, many years. Very friendly staff over the phone. Technician arrived to the property when they said he would. Although I only called for them to see if there was any signs of termites, he found many other issues such as dry rot, mold, etc. Now since I am in the middle of escrow, this helps me a lot in my decision. They gave me pictures of problem areas, descriptions, and clear instructions of my options. This was also all from a free inspection. Thank you very much! Great experience! Now just need to deal with the issues haha
